1. License & Allowed Use

All impulse responses, presets, and digital audio products purchased from this store are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these files in your personal or commercial music productions, recordings, and performances.

You may not:

• Resell, share, upload, redistribute, or otherwise make the files available to others

• Include the files in any preset pack, sample pack, plugin, or commercial product

• Claim the files as your own original work

2. Prohibited Distribution

You agree not to distribute these digital products in any form. Each purchase is intended for one user only. Sharing the files publicly or privately violates this agreement.

3. Tone-Matched Content Disclaimer

Tone-matched IRs and presets sold on this site are created through original signal processing. They do not contain copyrighted audio, stems, or recordings from any artist, band, or label. Any mention of an artist or album is purely for comparison. Knoll Audio is not associated with any artist unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

4. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally through your download link and/or email immediately after purchase. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact support.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because Knoll Audio serves digital products, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.  

6. Compatibility

Compatibility with specific DAWs, plugins, or hardware cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure your system supports the required file formats before purchasing.

7. Updates

Updates or revisions to products may be offered at our discretion. Purchases do not guarantee future updates unless explicitly stated.
